Counsellor and Psychotherapist

Counsellor & psychotherapist can help with emotional difficulties and distress related to relationship problems, bereavement, depression, panic attacks, sexual problems,  phobias, anxiety, confusion around career changes and life choices as well as personal development. The sessions are usually once weekly and the fees range from £50 - £60 per session. Putney, Balham and Kingston Vale are the three practice locations in London. Therapy is face to face, short term or long term. Therapy is available to adults and couples. The approach to therapy is integrative which draws from psychodynamic, humanistic and behavioural approaches and is offered in English and Greek. Cognitive behaviour therapy and cognitive analytic therapy is also available for short term work. The therapist has completed a BSc in Psychology degree and a Masters training in Counselling and Psychotherapy. He abides by the ethics of the British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP) and United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP). He is also a member of the special groups in coaching psychology of the British Psychological Society (BPS).
